A aron shall cast lots for the two goats, one lot for the Lord and the other lot for the scapegoat.

وَيُلقِيَ هارُونُ قُرعَتَينِ عَلَى التَّيسَينِ: القُرعَةَ الأُولَى للهِ ، وَالقُرعَةَ الثَّانِيَةَ لِعَزازِيلَ.
