Leviticus 16:22 ~ Leviticus 16:22

T he goat shall bear on itself all their iniquities to a solitary land; and he shall release the goat in the wilderness.

The goat will carry upon itself all their sins to a land where no one lives. Then the man will let the goat go free there.
