E phraim is stricken, their root is dried up, They will bear no fruit. Even though they bear children, I will slay the precious ones of their womb.

Efraim este lovit! Rădăcina le este uscată şi nu mai dau rod. Chiar dacă vor naşte, le voi ucide preaiubitele roade ale pântecelui lor.“
