“ I will destroy her vines and fig trees, Of which she said, ‘These are my wages Which my lovers have given me.’ And I will make them a forest, And the beasts of the field will devour them.

Devasterò quindi le sue viti e i suoi fichi, di cui essa diceva: "Questi sono i miei regali che mi hanno dato i miei amanti". Cosí li ridurrò a una boscaglia e le bestie dei campi li divoreranno.
