S o I gave my attention to the Lord God to seek Him by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth and ashes.

فَتَوَجَّهتُ إلَى الرَّبَّ الإلَهِ بِالصَّلَواتِ وَالتَضَرُّعاتِ وَالصَّومِ، وَلَبِسْتُ الخَيشَ وَجَلَسْتُ عَلَى الرَّمادِ.
