T he Chaldeans answered the king and said, “There is not a man on earth who could declare the matter for the king, inasmuch as no great king or ruler has ever asked anything like this of any magician, conjurer or Chaldean.

迦 勒 底 人 在 王 面 前 回 答 說 ： 世 上 沒 有 人 能 將 王 所 問 的 事 說 出 來 ； 因 為 沒 有 君 王 、 大 臣 、 掌 權 的 向 術 士 ， 或 用 法 術 的 ， 或 迦 勒 底 人 問 過 這 樣 的 事 。
