B ut if he gives a gift from his inheritance to one of his servants, it shall be his until the year of liberty; then it shall return to the prince. His inheritance shall be only his sons’; it shall belong to them.

Se, porém, da sua herança ele fizer um presente a um dos seus escravos, o escravo poderá mantê-lo consigo até o ano da liberdade; então o presente voltará para o príncipe. Sua herança pertence unicamente a seus filhos; deles será.
