H ow dark the gold has become, How the pure gold has changed! The sacred stones are poured out At the corner of every street.

ها قَدَ فَقَدَ الذَّهَبُ بَرِيقَهُ، أفضَلُ الذَّهَبِ فَقَدَ لَمَعانَهُ. تُلقَى الحِجارَةُ الثَّمِينَةُ المُقَدَّسَةُ هُنا وَهُناكَ فِي زَوايا كُلِّ الطُّرُقاتِ.
