T he message which Jeremiah the prophet commanded Seraiah the son of Neriah, the grandson of Mahseiah, when he went with Zedekiah the king of Judah to Babylon in the fourth year of his reign. (Now Seraiah was quartermaster.)

Urdhri që profeti Jeremia i dha Serajahut, birit të Neriahut, bir i Mahsejahut, kur shkoi në Babiloni me Sedekian, mbretin e Judës, në vitin e katërt të mbretërimit të tij. Serajahu ishte shefi i Çambelanëve.
