Exodus 22:3 ~ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ 22:3

B ut if the sun has risen on him, there will be bloodguiltiness on his account. He shall surely make restitution; if he owns nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

لَكِنْ إنْ قُتِلَ فِي النَّهارِ، يَكُونُ هُناكَ حَقٌّ لِلثَّأرِ لِدَمِهِ. فَإنْ أُمْسِكَ حَيّاً وَلَيسَ مَعَهُ ما يُعَوِّضُ بِهِ عَمَّا سَرَقَهُ، يُباعُ كَعَبدٍ تَعْويضاً عَمَّا سَرَقَهُ.
