F or the Lord will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the Lord will pass over the door and will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to smite you.

Cînd va trece Domnul ca să lovească Egiptul, şi va vedea sîngele pe pragul de sus şi pe cei doi stîlpi ai uşii, Domnul va trece pe lîngă uşă, şi nu va îngădui Nimicitorului să intre în casele voastre ca să vă lovească.
