T hey mock and wickedly speak of oppression; They speak from on high.

بِالنّاسِ يَستَهزِئُونَ وَلِلشَّرِّ يُخَطِّطُونَ. وَمِنْ عَليائِهِمْ يَرسُمُونَ طُرُقاً لِظُلمِ الآخَرِينَ.
