H e brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm.

他 從 禍 坑 裡 ， 從 淤 泥 中 ， 把 我 拉 上 來 ， 使 我 的 腳 立 在 磐 石 上 ， 使 我 腳 步 穩 當 。
