T he command of Esther established these customs for Purim, and it was written in the book.

فَأكَّدَتْ رِسالَةُ أسْتِيرَ عَلَى أهَمِيَّةِ إحياءِ ذِكرَى الفُورِيمِ. وَدُوِّنَ ذَلِكَ فِي وَثِيقَةٍ رَسمِيَّةٍ.
