Esther 3:12 ~ Ê-xơ-tê 3:12

T hen the king’s scribes were summoned on the thirteenth day of the first month, and it was written just as Haman commanded to the king’s satraps, to the governors who were over each province and to the princes of each people, each province according to its script, each people according to its language, being written in the name of King Ahasuerus and sealed with the king’s signet ring.

Tháng giêng, ngày mười ba, thì đòi những thầy thơ ký của vua đến; rồi tùy theo mọi điều Ha-man truyền dặn, người ta nhơn danh A-suê-ru viết chiếu cho các quan trấn thủ của vua, cho các quan cai quản mỗi tỉnh, và cho các trưởng tộc của mỗi dân tộc, tỉnh nào dùng chữ nấy, dân tộc nào theo thổ âm nấy; đoạn họ lấy chiếc nhẫn của vua mà đóng ấn.
