W hen the virgins were gathered together the second time, then Mordecai was sitting at the king’s gate.

وَفِي الوَقتِ الَّذِي كَانَتْ تُجمَعُ فِيهِ الفَتَياتُ ثانِيَةً، كانَ مُرْدَخايَ جالِساً عِنْدَ بَوّابَةِ المَلِكِ كَعادَتِهِ.
