Nehemiah 8:1 ~ Neemia 8:1

A nd all the people gathered as one man at the square which was in front of the Water Gate, and they asked Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses which the Lord had given to Israel.

Allora tutto il popolo si radunò come un solo uomo sulla piazza che era davanti alla porta delle Acque; dissero poi ad Esdra lo scriba, che portasse il libro della legge di Mosè che l'Eterno aveva dato a Israele.
