P ethahiah the son of Meshezabel, of the sons of Zerah the son of Judah, was the king’s representative in all matters concerning the people.

وَكانَ فَتَحْيا بْنُ مَشِيزَبْئِيلَ مِنْ نَسلِ زارَحَ بْنِ يَهُوذا مُسْتَشاراً لِلمَلِكِ فِي كُلِّ الأُمُورِ المُتَعَلِّقَةِ بِالشَّعْبِ.
