T hen Jehoiada made a covenant between himself and all the people and the king, that they would be the Lord’s people.

ثُمَّ قَطَعَ يَهُوياداعُ عَهداً مَعَ كُلِّ الشَّعبِ وَمَعَ المَلِكِ. وَتَعاهَدُوا جَمِيعاً عَلَى أنْ يَكُونُوا شَعبَ اللهِ.
