B ehold, Amariah the chief priest will be over you in all that pertains to the Lord, and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the ruler of the house of Judah, in all that pertains to the king. Also the Levites shall be officers before you. Act resolutely, and the Lord be with the upright.”

Ed ecco, il sommo sacerdote Amariah sarà preposto a voi in ogni questione che riguarda l'Eterno, mentre Zebadiah figlio di Ismaele, capo della casa di Giuda, lo sarà in ogni questione che riguarda il re, anche i Leviti saranno a vostra disposizione come magistrati. Siate forti e mettetevi all'opera, e l'Eterno sarà con l'uomo retto».
