S olomon amassed chariots and horsemen. He had 1, 400 chariots and 12, 000 horsemen, and he stationed them in the chariot cities and with the king at Jerusalem.

Y juntó Salomón carros y gente de a caballo; y tuvo mil cuatrocientos carros y doce mil jinetes, los cuales puso en las ciudades de los carros y junto al rey en Jerusalén.
