A ll these were the sons of Asher, heads of the fathers’ houses, choice and mighty men of valor, heads of the princes. And the number of them enrolled by genealogy for service in war was 26, 000 men.


Tutti questi furono figli di Ascer, capi delle loro case paterne, uomini scelti, forti e valorosi, capi tra i principi. Essi erano registrati secondo le genealogie nel servizio militare per andare a combattere; il loro numero era di ventiseimila uomini.
