S o the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Pul, king of Assyria, even the spirit of Tilgath-pilneser king of Assyria, and he carried them away into exile, namely the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh, and brought them to Halah, Habor, Hara and to the river of Gozan, to this day.

Le Dieu d'Israël excita l'esprit de Pul, roi d'Assyrie, et l'esprit de Tilgath Pilnéser, roi d'Assyrie, et Tilgath Pilnéser emmena captifs les Rubénites, les Gadites et la demi-tribu de Manassé, et il les conduisit à Chalach, à Chabor, à Hara, et au fleuve de Gozan, où ils sont demeurés jusqu'à ce jour.
