F or many fell slain, because the war was of God. And they settled in their place until the exile.

قُتِلَ كَثِيرُونَ مِنْ أعدائِهِمْ فِي المَعرَكَةِ، لِأنَّ النَّصْرَ فِي الحَرْبِ كانَ مِنَ اللهِ. وَاسْتَولَوْا عَلَى أرْضِهِمْ إلَى زَمَنِ السَّبْيِ.
