D avid took the shields of gold which were carried by the servants of Hadadezer and brought them to Jerusalem.

وَأخَذَ داوُدُ التُّرُوسَ الذَّهَبِيَّةَ الَّتِي كانَ عَبِيدُ هَدَدَ عَزَرَ يَسْتَخدِمُونَها، وَأحضَرَها إلَى مَدينَةِ القُدْسِ.
