S o they spoke to the king of Assyria, saying, “The nations whom you have carried away into exile in the cities of Samaria do not know the custom of the god of the land; so he has sent lions among them, and behold, they kill them because they do not know the custom of the god of the land.”

Dijeron, pues, al rey de Asiria: Las gentes que tú trasladaste y pusiste en las ciudades de Samaria, no conocen la ley del Dios de aquella tierra, y él ha echado leones en medio de ellos, y he aquí que los leones los matan, porque no conocen la ley del Dios de la tierra.
