F or thus says the Lord God of Israel, ‘The bowl of flour shall not be exhausted, nor shall the jar of oil be empty, until the day that the Lord sends rain on the face of the earth.’”

Denn also spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels: Das Mehl im Kad soll nicht verzehrt werden, und dem Ölkrug soll nichts mangeln bis auf den Tag, da der HERR regnen lassen wird auf Erden.
