A nd the anger of the Lord burned against Uzzah, and God struck him down there for his irreverence; and he died there by the ark of God.

A ira do Senhor acendeu-se contra Uzá por seu ato de irreverência. Por isso Deus o feriu, e ele morreu ali mesmo, ao lado da arca de Deus.
