S o the king arose and sat in the gate. When they told all the people, saying, “Behold, the king is sitting in the gate,” then all the people came before the king. Now Israel had fled, each to his tent.

Bấy giờ, vua chổi dậy, ngồi tại cửa thành. Người ta cho cả dân sự biết rằng vua đã ngồi tại cửa thành. Cả dân sự bèn kéo đến trước mặt vua. Vả, Y-sơ-ra-ên ai nấy đều đã chạy trốn nơi trại mình.
