S o it came about in the course of time that Cain brought an offering to the Lord of the fruit of the ground.

وَحِينَ جاءَ وَقْتُ الحَصادِ، أحضَرَ قايِينُ بَعضَ ثِمارِ الأرْضِ، وَقَدَّمَها قُرْباناً للهِ.
