G od was with the lad, and he grew; and he lived in the wilderness and became an archer.

وَكانَ اللهُ مَعَ الوَلَدِ حَتَّى كَبِرَ. وَسَكَنَ إسْماعِيلُ فِي الصَّحْراءِ. وَصارَ رامِيَ سِهامٍ.
