A nd Sarai said to Abram, “ May the wrong done me be upon you. I gave my maid into your arms, but when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her sight. May the Lord judge between you and me.”

Sarai disse ad Abramo: «L’offesa fatta a me ricada su di te! Io ti ho dato la mia serva in seno e, da quando si è accorta d’essere incinta, mi guarda con disprezzo. Il Signore sia giudice fra me e te».
