T hen a fugitive came and told Abram the Hebrew. Now he was living by the oaks of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol and brother of Aner, and these were allies with Abram.

Y uno de los que escaparon vino y se lo hizo saber a Abram el hebreo, que habitaba en el encinar de Mamre el amorreo, hermano de Escol y hermano de Aner, y éstos eran aliados de Abram.
