N a ka mea ia ki a ratou, Ko Ihowa hei kaiwhakaatu mo ta koutou; hei kaiwhakaatu ano hoki inaianei tana tangata i whakawahi ai, kihai i mau i a koutou tetahi mea a toku ringa. A ka mea ratou, Hei kaiwhakaatu ano ia.

Samuel said to them, “The Lord has heard you. And His chosen one has heard this day that you have found nothing in my hand.” And they said, “The Lord has heard.”
