K atahi ka karangatia ratou e Hohua, ka korero ia ki a ratou, ka mea, He aha koutou i nuka ai i a matou, i mea ai, Kei tawhiti noa atu koutou i a matou; e noho nei ano koutou i waenganui i a matou?

¶ And Joshua called for them, and spoke unto them saying, Why have ye beguiled us, saying, We are very far from you, when ye dwell among us?
