K o nga uiuinga kuware ia, me nga whakapapa tupuna, whakarerea atu, me nga totohe, me nga whawhai ki nga mea o te ture, kahore hoki he pai o aua mea, he mea hanga noa.

But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
