N a ka tino pai ahau ki te whakapau i aku, kia whakapaua hoki ahau i te meatanga mo o koutou wairua. Mehemea i hira ake toku aroha ki a koutou, e hoki iho ranei te aroha moku?

And I will very gladly spend and be spent for your souls; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I am loved.
