K o te tangata ia e u ana i tona ngakau, a kahore he mea hei akiaki i a ia, kei a ia ake ano te tikanga mo tana e pai ai, a kua oti tenei te whakatakoto e tona ngakau, kia waiho tana wahine, kei te pai tana mahi.

But whoever is firmly established in his heart, not being forced by necessity but having control over his own will and desire, and has resolved this in his heart to keep his own virginity, he is doing well.
