N a ko taua Mohi i whakakahoretia ra e ratou, i mea ra ratou, na wai koe i mea hei rangatira, hei kaiwhakawa? ko ia ano i tonoa e te Atua hei rangatira, hei kaiwhakaora, he mea na te ringa o te anahera i puta mai ra ki a ia i te rakau.

This Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge? the same did God send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush.
