H e nui hoki te korero komuhumuhu mona i roto i te mano: ko etahi i mea, He tangata pai ia: ko etahi i mea, Kahore, engari e whakapohehe ana ia i te iwi.

There was much talk among the people about Him. Some said, “He is a good Man.” Others said, “No, He leads the people in the wrong way.”
