K o te taro tenei i heke iho i te rangi: e kore e pera i ta o koutou matua i kai ra, a mate ana; ki te kai tetahi i tenei taro, e ora tonu ia.

這 就 是 從 天 上 降 下 來 的 糧 。 吃 這 糧 的 人 就 永 遠 活 著 ， 不 像 你 們 的 祖 宗 吃 過 嗎 哪 還 是 死 了 。
