K o tana hoki i whakaako ai ki ana akonga, i mea ai ki a ratou, Ka tukua te Tama a te tangata ki nga ringa o nga tangata, a ma ratou ia e whakamate; a, ka oti ia te whakamate, ka ara ake i te toru o nga ra.

For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered up into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and when he is killed, after three days he shall rise again.
