H e pono hoki taku e mea nei ki a koutou, Ki te mea tetahi ki tenei maunga, Kia ranga atu koe, kia whakataka ki te moana: e kore hoki e ruarua tona ngakau, engari ka whakapono ia tera e puta mai nga mea i kiia e ia; ka whiwhi ia ki tana i mea ai.

For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
