K i te patu ano hoki ia i a ia ki te kohatu i whiua e ia kia mate rawa ai, a ka mate, he kaikohuru ia: kia mate rawa te kaikohuru.

And if he have smitten him with a stone from the hand, wherewith one may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall certainly be put to death.
