H e maha hoki no nga kairautanga o te wahine ataahua i kairau nei; ko te rangatira nei ia o nga makutu, e hoko nei i nga iwi ki ana kairautanga, i nga hapu ano ki ana mahi makutu.

because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the wellfavoured harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts.
