K ua takoto kau ia, kahore ana mea, moti rawa; harotu kau te ngakau, kei te aki ano nga turi ki a raua, he nui te mamae kei nga hope katoa, kua koma nga mata o ratou katoa.

She is empty, and void, and waste; and the heart melteth, and the knees smite together, and anguish is in all loins, and the faces of them all are waxed pale.
