A no he oumu o ratou ngakau, i a ratou e whakatata ana, e whanga ana: pau ake te po i ta ratou kaipokepoke e moe ana; i te ata ka tonu taua oumu, ano he mura ahi.

For they have made ready their heart like an oven, whiles they lie in wait: their baker sleepeth all the night; in the morning it burneth as a flaming fire.
