K o ta Eparaima kai ko te hau, e whaia ana e ia te hau marangai: i nga ra katoa e whakanuia ana e ia te teka me te whakangaro; e whakarite kawenata ana ratou ki te Ahiriana, a e kawea ana he hinu ki Ihipa.

Ephraim feedeth on wind, and followeth after the east wind: he daily increaseth lies and desolation; and they do make a covenant with the Assyrians, and oil is carried into Egypt.
