N a, i kite na koe i nga raparapa, i nga matimati, he uku na te kaipokepoke tetahi wahi, he rino tetahi wahi, ka wehea te kingitanga; ka mau ano ia he kaha rino i roto, ka pera ano me te rino i kitea e koe e whakauruuru ana ki te uku paru na.

And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
