N a ko koe, e te tama a te tangata, ko te kupu tenei a te Ariki, a Ihowa; Mea atu ki nga manu o ia ahau, o ia ahua, ki nga kirehe katoa o te parae, Huihui mai, haere mai; whakamine mai koutou i tetahi taha, i tetahi taha, ki taku patunga e patua nei e ahau ma koutou, he patunga nui ki runga ki nga maunga o Iharaira, kia kai kikokiko ai, kia inu toto ai koutou.

And you, son of man, thus says the Lord God: Say to the birds of prey of every sort and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves and come, gather from every side to the sacrificial feast that I am preparing for you, even a great sacrificial feast on the mountains of Israel at which you may eat flesh and drink blood.
